The Fienile is ideal for two (plus two): an independent cottage with its own garden and patio.
The Fienile is a free-standing building, the former barn where hay was once stored and where goats and hens lived. At the front is a little loggia or veranda, once upon a time the pig-sty. Nowadays the barn is an open-plan cottage for two guests (+2 on a sofa bed). A bedroom at the mezzanine level overlooks a spacious living area with a fireplace, double sofa bed and a kitchen with a marble top. A large bathroom has a spacious shower and views of the valley.
Note: not suitable for those with mobility issues, as there are stairs both inside and outside the cottage.
At the front of the Fienile is a patio with pergola, table and chairs, a flowerbed, a herb garden and a large grassy area. The hill-top town of Radda is visible from the front garden. This apartment has its own access from the drive.
The apartment is fully equipped and furnished, with wireless internet, central heating, a closed fireplace, washing machine, dish-washer, oven, fans, all linen. It is cleaned weekly. Local travel and sightseeing information are provided.
700 euros per week for two; 840 euros for four, all inclusive; heating extra in winter (calculated according to consumption) but firewood is free and the closed fireplace heats efficiently.
